• Develop and modify mechanical designs using SolidWorks CAD to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Commission and calibrate control systems by troubleshooting process instrumentation such as flow and pressure transmitters.
• Optimize solar module equipment and manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement design modifications to improve mechanical system reliability
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in plant automation systems to maintain optimal equipment performance..
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, HMI, and motor control systems for seamless integration within automated production environments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts to ensure equipment readiness and proper documentation in CMMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and enhance overall equipment efficiency, etc.
