2862663 Ontario Inc. O/A Green Land Auto Center has an immediate opening for a Mechanic Helper (NOC: 75119) position at our location in Etobicoke, Ontario.
As a Mechanic Helper (NOC: 75119) you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from designated work areas.
• Aid in the splicing of both overhead and underground cables for communication and electric power transmission.
• Support the repair, maintenance, and installation of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Assist with the upkeep, servicing, and installation of refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Aid in the repair and maintenance of elevator systems.
• Support the upkeep of stationary electric power generation and distribution equipment.
• Assist in mechanical, electrical, and body repairs for various vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Aid in the repair of electrical appliances, small engines, or similar equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and loading of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides for aerial spraying.
• Support land surveying activities by assisting with stake and rod movement, clearing debris, and transporting surveying tools.
• Perform additional manual labor tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• On-the-job training is provided.
• Experience will be an asset.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CA $22.50/hour
