Job Duties
• Move tools, equipment, materials, and parts to and from work areas.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Assist mechanics and technicians during maintenance, repair, and installation of
• industrial machinery and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform basic servicing of pumps, motors, and mechanical
• equipment.
• Assist with disassembly and reassembly of equipment under the direction of
• qualified tradespersons.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with inspections and testing of repaired equipment.
• Organize and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas.
• Perform other labouring and support duties as required.
