• Trims the poultry into primal cuts for further processing or packaging.
• Ensures the bones are removed from the primal cut
• Ensures the quality of the cut
• Follows all safety guidelines when handling knifes

Education Level: Some secondary school is an asset
Experience: On-the-job training will be provided. Previous experience working in a food-processing environment is considered an asset, but it is not required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
Must be able to stand 100% of the workday at a moving conveyor line.
Perform repetitive motion.
Basic ability to communicate in English is required to understand and follow instructions from supervisors, and for safety reasons.
Additional Requirements
Function under repetitive movement of certain parts of the palms, fingers, wrist, hand, lower arm, upper arm, shoulder and back movements, while bending the top half part of the body over for prolonged periods of time.
Remain drug and alcohol free to perform in a safety sensitive functional position.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Flexibility, Reliability
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
