Meat Cutter - Retail and Wholesale Job

United Meat Products, operating as Totera Fine Foods, is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the meat and cheese industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality meats, artisanal cheeses, and fine foods to our valued customers, including banquet halls, restaurants, grocery stores, and hotels.

We are now looking for Meat Cutters to join our team.

Job Duties:

-Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer and company specifications.
-Operate manual and power cutting tools, saws, grinders, and slicers safely and efficiently.
-Weigh, wrap, and label meat products for delivery and wholesale distribution.
-Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering meat supplies and ingredients as needed.
-Maintain cleanliness of cutting tables, tools, and work areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
-Follow all HACCP and food handling standards to ensure product quality and consumer safety.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.

-7 months to 1 year of experience is required.
-High School Diploma (preferred).
-Ability to work without supervision and work as a team.
-Repetitive tasks within a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
-Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
