Right now we are looking for a Wholesale Meat Cutter to join our work team.
Job Duties:
-Cut, debone, and trim veal, beef, and lamb to meet quality and customer specifications
-Operate knives, saws, and cutting tools safely and efficiently
-Weigh, package, and label meat products for wholesale and retail orders
-Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation following food safety standards (HACCP/GMP)
-Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues
-Follow safety procedures and work closely with the production team to meet daily targets
-Participate in meetings and assist with training when required

Job Requirements:
-High School Diploma (preferred).
-7 months to 1 year of experience is required.
-Ability to work without supervision and work as a team.
-Repetitive tasks within a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
-Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
