Materials Quality Analyst Job

A Materials Quality Analyst is needed in Valley, Alabama.

• Review materials specifications to recommend proper logistics and warehousing services.
• Analyze materials data and materials specification to perform inspection and monitor all incoming materials.
• Ensure safe usage of raw materials compounds during shipment and transportation by monitoring logistics process.
• Ensure quality of raw materials and finished products by running inspections and identifying quality issues.
• Conduct training sessions related to raw materials and quality of materials such as, raw material safety and disposal directions.
• Study and stay up-do-date on federal and state regulations and create materials quality control standards and policies for logistics operations.
• Review, analyze and study new product plans and materials selection to make appropriate recommendations for logistics and warehousing services.
• Record and report materials related data to upper management such as market trends, cost projection, manufacturing process, and materials safety data.

Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering or Materials Science.
