Job Description:
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
• Analyze and improve materials management systems, procedures, and inventory control processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and monitor material transactions, inventory levels, and shipment schedules using ERP, WMS, and MRP systems.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers regarding delivery, shipment terms, and logistics to ensure compliance, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory tracking, and proper documentation.
• Evaluate market trends and new material developments to support cost-effective and high-quality production operations.
• Inspect and assess the quality and performance of raw and sub-materials to meet production and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal material utilization and continuous improvement in processes.
• Conduct training programs for production staff on new materials, handling procedures, and changes across production stages.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in materials management for automotive parts manufacturing.
