Material Planning and Logistics Specialist Job

Duties Include, but not limited to:
▪ Develop and maintain material plans aligned with production schedules and customer demand to ensure timely availability and prevent shortages.
▪ Verify Bills of Materials for production orders to ensure accuracy and readiness at each stage.
▪ Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, supporting production needs and enabling on-time deliveries.
▪ Utilize SAP for monthly closings, reconciling material-related revenue and expenditures.
▪ Manage import logistics, coordinating with international suppliers and customs brokers for compliant cross-border shipments.
▪ Plan and execute logistics and distribution strategies, including transportation scheduling and carrier management.
▪ Support production scheduling by ensuring timely material delivery to production lines to minimize downtime.
▪ Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with logistics regulations and documentation requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred AND at least 6 months of experience
