Position Summary: This role is responsible for managing purchasing, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain performance aligned with customer demand and production plans.
Key Responsibilities (5 Core Areas): Purchasing & Procurement Management Manage monthly CKD purchasing and execute purchase orders based on customer PO and production plans. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Control Analyze customer demand and internal stock levels to forecast needs and maintain optimal inventory. Logistics & Delivery Coordination Plan and manage daily/weekly delivery schedules, including direct shipments and LTL logistics, as well as inter-state transfers (AL/GA). Operations Monitoring & Reporting Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, purchasing, inventory, and expenses). Cross-functional Coordination & ERP Management Support sales activities, manage ERP data (purchasing/sales/transfers/discrepancies), and collaborate with HQ on supply chain operations.
Preferred Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience in purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
Working Schedule: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
