Master Electrician Positions Job

Landmark Electric Inc. is looking for a licensed Master Electrician to join our leadership team in a management-only capacity—no tools, ladders, or fieldwork required. As a cornerstone of our electrical operations, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing job compliance, providing internal guidance to technicians, and ensuring project standards align with Michigan code and safety regulations. You’ll work closely with our leadership and operations team, contributing your technical knowledge while enjoying a healthier work-life balance.
About the Role:
Review and approve project scopes, electrical designs, and field reports
Provide guidance and mentorship to licensed electricians and apprentices
Support compliance with the Michigan Electrical Code and inspection readiness
Serve as the qualifying Master for licensing and permitting purposes
Collaborate with office staff on project planning, technician development, and system improvements
Consult on complex electrical challenges—without having to pick up a tool.

What We’re Looking For:
Active Michigan Master Electrician License (required)
5+ years of field experience; prior leadership, inspection, or project oversight a plus
Strong knowledge of NEC and Michigan Building Codes
Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional communicator
Ready to transition from the field to a rewarding leadership role
