Mask Design Engineer (MSKDE9) & Sr. Mask Design Eng (SMSKDE9) Overarching and common duties for all positions: Engage in, support, and/or market the design and development of NVIDIA’s GPU, computer graphics, AI and supercomputing for gaming, professional visualization and data centers for various industries. Performing physical layout for mixed-signal functions like PLL's, high speed SerDes, Analog to Digital converters, ESD structures designs in state-of-the-art sub-micron CMOS technologies using Cadence tools. Work cross functionally with ASIC and mixed-signal engineers to customize designs for integration in VLSI products. Take part in floor planning, custom layout and verifying against design rules and schematics. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.
The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$124,197 to $151,091
$151,091 to $178,006
$178,006 to $204,901
$204,901 to $230,000
