NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA has multiple opportunities at various levels (requiring Bachelor's, Master's or PhD level plus 0 to 14 years of experience, depending on position). Mask Design Engineer (MSKDE10), Sr. Mask Design Eng (SMSKDE10), & Principal Mask Design Engineer (PMSKDE10). Perform physical layout for high-speed and mixed-signal CMOS integrated circuits in advanced process nodes. Lead architecture and layout design of memory subsystems including bit-cell arrays, control logic, I/O blocks, and decoders. Execute custom layout and verification of complex memory cell designs, including DRC, LVS, and density checks. Identify and resolve physical design issues in mask layouts and refine layout methodologies. Collaborate with ASIC, mixed-signal, and place-and-route teams to integrate mask designs into full chips. Position is based out of headquarters in Santa Clara, CA but may be assigned to unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. as determined by management. Telecommuting Permitted.

The base salary ranges for these positions are:
$127,234 to $172,500
$156,853 to $207,000
$186,472 to $235,750
$216,091 to $276,000
