• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hr
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Review daily restaurant operations and identify areas for improvement in service quality, staffing, and workflow
• Prepare staff work schedules and coordinate shift coverage based on business needs and peak service hours
• Supervise restaurant staff and provide guidance to ensure duties are performed properly and consistently
• Train new and existing staff on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and workplace policies
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to maintain service standards and operational efficiency
• Organize and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and other restaurant materials to support daily operations
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner
Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
