Roles and Responsibilities • Ensure that the necessary resources are available to implement organizational policies and programs for sales and marketing. • Plan and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and marketing teams. • Define the scope of each department and establish the necessary structure for optimal workflow. • Determine the structure of senior staff positions, ensuring the right mix of skills and expertise to maintain an efficient workflow. • Ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned and consistent across regions. This is essential for business development and partnerships to identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and represent the company. • Integrate sales and marketing strategies with operations, finance, and other key functions. • Design promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility. Approve campaign concepts and monitor their execution to ensure they meet desired objectives. • Work with HR to establish overall human resources planning, including recruitment, training, and development programs for sales and marketing teams. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. This involves overseeing budgets, approving expenses, and setting guidelines for administrative processes. • Establish objectives for the organization and create comprehensive strategies targeting both sales growth and brand visibility. Approve policies that set short- and long-term goals for sales and marketing performance. • Identify and appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support the sales and marketing teams. • Create a workplace environment that is conducive to productivity and employee satisfaction. • Represent the company in external negotiations, partnerships, and official functions. • Delegate representation to other senior staff members to ensure continuous organizational presence in important functions or negotiations.
