The main dutie are:
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals, drive market expansion, and strengthen competitive positioning.
-Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and campaigns.
-Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use insights to shape marketing strategies.
-Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, including lead generation and customer retention strategies.
-Design and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand and meet performance objectives.
-Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
-Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
-Present marketing plans and performance updates to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
-Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
-Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
