Marketing vice-president Job

Job Responsibilities:
- Determine the company's mission and strategic direction through policies and concrete
objectives.
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement policies and programs.
- Use data and marketing analysis to anticipate and meet consumer needs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary
authority.
- Ensure robust marketing plans, including direct marketing, e-marketing, and trade sales
operations.
- Direct and manage public relations, communications, advertising, and promotions.
- Take charge of employees, including department managers, to secure the customer base.

Job Qualifications:
1.A Bachelor's degree is required.
2.5 years of previous experience in Marketing is required.
3.3 years of previous experience insenior marketing management is required.
4.Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of the
company.
5.Excellent business objective orientation, leadership, and time management skills.
