POSITION: Marketing Team Lead

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time; Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and evaluate the company’s marketing and communication strategies to improve and expand the company’s social image to support Envida’s mission and business objectives.
• Oversee campaign development and direct team initiatives to promote Envida’s products and services.
• Supervise the team’s social media activities to ensure consistent brand presence and responsive customer engagement.
• Responsible for the design of art, layouts, videos and brochures in line with the company’s vision, using Illustrator, InDesign, and other leading-edge design tools.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to create launch materials for new products.
• Design and lead public relations efforts, serving as a representative for Envida at events and media opportunities.,
• Support team growth by offering guidance and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate events and activities that reflect Envida’s brand and engage audiences.
• Balance resources across projects and campaigns effectively.
• Perform other related duties, including tracking sales data and working with team members to achieve marketing goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline is preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in the wellness or life sciences industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
