Job Description:
[1] Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research projects for concept development & screening, marketing, in order to generate, focus, create and implement appropriate strategies and response about our products, such as, nails, lashes, and hair tools;
[2] Design and implement innovative marketing strategies such as Consumer Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) projects to develop concrete recommendation that optimize satisfaction and loyalty on different channel customers;
[3] Provide analysis and information for the beauty products industry to a senior management by collecting data and compiling information from new and existing customers;
[4] Utilize statistical and graphical analysis to obtain reliable data analysis and results utilizing Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Multivariate Statistical methods
[5] Review and analyze previous marketing policies in order to initiate new strategies to increase number of royal customers and retaining existing customers; and
[6] Monitor current marketing performance and study marketing strategies to determine their effectiveness and make recommendations to improve current marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:
At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
