We were established in 2017 and have since grown to provide security guard services, event & hospitality security, surveillance and monitoring solutions across retail, nightlife, residential and commercial sectors.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role you will support the marketing function, drive brand awareness, generate leads, manage digital channels and contribute to our growth strategy in the security services market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote AC Security’s services (guards, remote monitoring, video solutions).
Manage and optimize digital channels including company website, email marketing, social media platforms, content marketing and paid-ads.
Collaborate with sales/business development and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and target segments (e.g., hospitality, retail, commercial).
Monitor, analyse and report on marketing metrics (lead generation, conversion, website traffic, social engagement) and provide actionable insights.
Create and maintain marketing assets: brochures, infographics, case studies, blog posts, videos, client testimonials, landing pages.
Conduct market research (competitor analysis, industry trends in security & surveillance services, customer needs) and identify growth opportunities.
Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships (design freelancers, ad platforms, print suppliers).
Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging and positioning across all communication channels.
Support event marketing (tradeshows, community engagements, client presentations) where applicable.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, security industry marketing trends, and recommend improvements to strategy.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
At least 2-4 years of marketing experience (preferably B2B services or security/technology industry).
Strong digital marketing skills (SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email automation, Google Analytics or equivalent).
Excellent writing and communication skills, strong visual design awareness (Adobe Creative Suite or similar an asset).
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently as well as within cross-functional team.
Experience with content creation, campaign management, and brand development.
Understanding of service-based business marketing and client acquisition.
Security industry knowledge (or interest) is a plus but not mandatory.
