Duties of the Marketing Specialist include:
• Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance Kiki Gardens’ brand visibility within the local community.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns across digital platforms and in-house events to showcase our menu, special offers, and dining experience.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback on different platforms; coordinate with the restaurant team to respond promptly and appropriately.
• Conduct local market research to understand culinary trends, customer preferences, and competitors, using insights to adjust marketing initiatives.
• Track the performance of marketing activities, analyze guest engagement data, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and update social media accounts with engaging content including food photography, staff highlights, and promotional updates to build brand loyalty and online presence.
• Stay informed of current marketing trends in the food and beverage industry and suggest creative ideas to enhance guest outreach and engagement.

Requirements for the role:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in digital media, communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Must possess 2+ years Marketing role with proven marketing experience
• Proficiency in marketing tools and digital marketing techniques.
• A creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
