Job Description: • Assess characteristics of monthly sales events or newly launched products to determine advertising and promotional needs, developing a comprehensive monthly advertising plan. • Create and implement targeted strategies for digital marketing and advertising campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads, aligning them with the company’s marketing objectives. • Collaborate with marketing and creative team members to support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistency across platforms. • Analyze and report on advertising performance metrics and weekly e-commerce data to identify optimization opportunities, update reporting, and drive strategic improvements. • Oversee the daily management of Blaraorganichouse.ca and bplusorganic.ca, including website content management, product setup and updates, promotional activities, and customer review analysis. • Develop and maintain social media accounts, managing customer reviews and feedback to enhance customer engagement and brand reputation. • Assist in the preparation of digital assets and written content for promotional materials, website updates, and newsletters. • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing and advertising efforts, preparing performance reports and insights for future campaign adjustments.

Currently we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our group. This position will be full-time and permanent, and the work location is 2299 W 41st Ave, Vancouver, BC V6M 2A3.
The wage will be $4,700 with 30 hours per week, and the overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 40 hours of work per week and/or 8 hours per day.
