Nana’s Kitchen and Hot Sauces Ltd are looking for a full-time Marketing Specialist. The job description is as follows:

Job Requirement
• A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or a discipline related to the subject matter is required
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.

Job Duties:
• Analyze product or service attributes to identify marketing and advertising requirements for the organization
• Design and execute strategies for direct and digital marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring engagement through customer reviews, testimonials, and regular content updates
• Plan, execute, and evaluate public relations initiatives to effectively communicate organizational policies and initiatives to stakeholders, employees, and the general public
• Organize and manage promotional events and campaigns targeting both internal and external audiences
• Draft or supervise the creation of marketing materials such as reports, presentations, press releases, websites, and speeches
• Coordinate events including workshops, meetings, and ceremonies aimed at brand promotion, fundraising, or public engagement
• Conduct market research, including public opinion and attitude surveys, to better understand the needs and concerns of key audiences
• Perform other duties as and when required
