Duties:
• Develops marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment policy, nature of market, and cost and markup factors. • Conducts comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for services and products while analyzing competitors and patient needs. • Coordinates and publicizes marketing activities to promote dental services and products. • Contacts potential patients to build strong relationships and encourage clinic visits. • Selects marketing materials to present at exhibitions, conferences, or patient outreach events. • Coordinates promotional activities and shows to market services. • Analyzes business developments and consulted trade journals to monitor market trends and determine market opportunities for services and products. • Provides insights on market trends and economic factors impacting demand and pricing for services. • Compiles a list describing product or service offerings and assists the clinic manager in setting competitive service fees based on local market trends. • Prepares and presents reports on marketing activities and ROI to the clinic’s management. • Manages and expands the online presence by handling social media accounts (Instagram, Website, etc.), running digital ads, and exploring new online marketing channels. • Develops and executes email marketing campaigns (reminders, promotions, newsletters)
