About the Position:
Chang Xin Construction is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Specialist. This role is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing marketing and promotion strategies; analyzing Chang Xin Construction advertising needs and developing appropriate advertising and marketing plans, ensuring company marketing and sales goals are well achieved.

Job Duties:
• Conduct opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key clients served by Chang Xin Construction
• Assess characteristics of services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of Chang Xin Construction
• Plan and implement marketing strategies, tactic programs and projects to target customers
• Analyze research and data to ensure marketing plans are informed by market trends and industry insights
• Provide recommendations to optimize project deliverables to meet marketing strategy and budget
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quarterly and annual marketing plans
• Develop communications strategies and programs through creation of marketing campaign briefs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (senior managers and shareholders, Digital Marketing, external communication, and operations) to reflect marketing strategy, company image and the service (like construction planning and interior design) value propositions in all communications (print, email, app, and digital)
• Support and develop a civic engagement strategy with an objective to increase World-wide exposure
• Prepare reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, web sites and press releases

• Completion of college diploma are preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing
• Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with numbers and budgets
• Speak, read, and write English
• Bring knowledge of current marketing trends, styles, and campaigns.
• Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills
