Position: Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate VaVa’s brand presence, drive customer engagement, and grow brand loyalty across digital and in-store channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze VaVa’s products and target markets to identify promotional opportunities. Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to support marketing and advertisement strategy development.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and advertisement campaigns —including digital and in-store promotions—from concept to launch.
• Create compelling content for digital channels such as social media, websites, emails, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow VaVa’s online presence through SEO, digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Xiaohongshu), and active social media engagement.
• Oversee VaVa’s social media accounts: creat content, monitor performance, respond to feedback, and encourage customer reviews and testimonials to build brand trust.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CPA, engagement) and generate post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events such as store openings, product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement activities.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and the sales team to ensure consistent branding across all materials and platforms.
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral including brochures, product lookbooks, and flyers.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor spending, and conduct ROI analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.
Starting date: ASAP
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $36.5 per hour
Regular working hours: 40 hours per week
