Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s food packaging product portfolio, strengthen brand positioning in the B2B market, and generate qualified leads.

Job Duties: 
Marketing Strategy Development
?Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to promote food packaging products to commercial clients
?Identify target markets including restaurants, catering companies, food manufacturers, wholesalers, and grocery suppliers
?Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives

Market Research and Analysis
?Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the food packaging sector
?Analyze market demand for sustainable, recyclable, and cost-effective packaging solutions
?Prepare reports and insights to support business development and strategic decision-making

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
?Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and LinkedIn outreach
?Develop online content such as product descriptions, promotional materials, and marketing copy
?Generate and nurture B2B leads through digital channels and CRM systems

Product Marketing and Brand Promotion
?Develop product positioning and messaging for various food packaging categories
?Create marketing materials highlighting product features, benefits, and sustainability attributes
?Support branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s position in the B2B market

Sales Support and Coordination
?Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention activities
?Prepare marketing presentations, brochures, and product information for client meetings
?Assist in supporting trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Campaign Management and Reporting
?Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
?Monitor campaign performance and evaluate effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs)
?Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and campaign results for management review

1.A college diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2.1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, wholesale, or trading industries
3.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
4.Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
5.Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into marketing strategies
6.Experience in product marketing or industrial/commercial goods is an asset
7.Knowledge of the food packaging or foodservice industry is considered an advantage
