Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
2. Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
3. Coordinate and execute offline marketing initiatives, including pop-up events, workshops, and promotional activations.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
6. Create and manage marketing content, including promotional materials, event communications, and campaign assets.
7. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
8. Manage marketing budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
9. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, influencers, and community partners.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or public relations.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
4. Experience planning and executing events is highly preferred.
5. Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities.
6. Experience handling customer interactions, problem-solving, and service recovery
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
