We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our products, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth across various channels. This role will work closely with sales, product, and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Job Duties:
1.Assess characteristics of food products and determine targeted marketing and advertising strategies that align with product positioning, audience needs, and business objectives.
2.Select appropriate direct and digital marketing channels for reaching the target audience; develop compelling, audience-specific content including social media posts with images, videos, or stories, blog and website articles; implement campaigns and track performance along the way.
3.Align content strategy with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions; highlight food products, staff stories, supply chain highlights, or distributor spotlights.
4.Request and curate positive testimonials from satisfied clients (e.g., restaurant owners, retailers) for use in marketing materials, social posts, and the website.
5.Brainstorm and plan marketing content; gather input from internal departments (e.g., product info from sales, updates from operations); organize and translate the information into user-friendly marketing materials; monitor delivery timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
6.Create memos, newsletters, or intranet updates to keep employees informed of new policies, changes, and company news; develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, trade associations, and other partners.
7.Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys by designing targeted questionnaires, gathering and analyzing feedback from key stakeholder groups, and using insights to shape marketing strategies, enhance customer experience, and inform organizational decision-making.
8.Coordinate special publicity events and promotions by planning logistics, developing promotional materials, engaging internal and external audiences.
9.Act as a spokesperson by delivering clear, brand-aligned responses to written and oral inquiries from media, clients, and the public, ensuring professional representation and effective communication of the organization’s messages, initiatives, and values.

Job Requirements:
1.At least a college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience is required.
2.1-2 years of related work experience.
3.Experience in B2B marketing or working with food service distributors is a strong asset.
4.Ability to adapt tone and messaging based on the target audience (e.g., retailers, food service operators, or internal teams).
5.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to market demands.
6.Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities without sacrificing quality.
