Marketing Specialist Job

[1] Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research projects for concept
development & screening, marketing, in order to generate, focus, create and
implement appropriate strategies and response about our products, such as,
nails, lashes, and hair tools;
[2] Design and implement innovative marketing strategies such as Consumer
Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) projects to develop concrete recommendation
that optimize satisfaction and loyalty on different channel customers;
[3] Provide analysis and information for the beauty products industry
to a senior management by collecting data and compiling information from new
and existing customers;
[4] utilize statistical and graphical analysis to obtain reliable data analysis and
results utilizing Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Multivariate Statistical methods;
[5] Review and analyze previous marketing policies in order to initiate new strategies
to increase number of royal customers and retaining existing customers; and
[6] monitor current marketing performance and study marketing strategies to
determine their effectiveness and make recommendations to improve current
marketing strategies.

Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisement, or related field.
