Job Description:
A Marketing Specialist will perform the following duties:
[1] conduct quantitative and qualitative market research projects for concept
development & screening, marketing, in order to generate, focus, create and
implement appropriate strategies and response about our products, such as,specialty beauty products - more specifically, (1) by various survey method, collect data about the specification and feature of our product that the customers want and do not want, (2) by analytical and statistical method, analyze the data, and (3) produce reports reflecting the customer's need;
[2] design and implement innovative marketing strategies such as Consumer
Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) projects to develop concrete recommendation
that optimize satisfaction and loyalty on different channel customers;
[3] provide analysis and information for the beauty products industry
to a senior management by collecting data and compiling information from new
and existing customers;
[4] utilize statistical and graphical analysis to obtain reliable data analysis and
results utilizing Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Multivariate Statistical methods;
examine, analyze, and interpret statistical data to forecast market trends and
communicate that information by collecting data on customers requirements,
study market factors such as ethnic group, age, sex, educational background and
origin;
[5] track trends of the beauty products industry by participating
seminar, national forum, or exhibition;
[6] review and analyze previous marketing policies in order to initiate new strategies to increase number of royal customers and retaining existing customers; and
[7] monitor current marketing performance and study marketing strategies to
determine their effectiveness and make recommendations to improve current
marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:
BA in Marketing, Communication or related field.
