Work Location: 31 Vambury Street, Paradise NL A1L 0J9
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week
Wage: $33.50/hour
Vacation: Employees are entitled to either two weeks of paid vacation per year or compensation equivalent to 4% of their gross salary.
Nature: Full-time permanent.

Job duties
Developing and coordinating in-store promotional campaigns, such as loyalty programs.
Creating and designing marketing materials tailored to our promotional campaigns.
Managing and responding to customer feedback on various online platforms, including Google reviews.
Encouraging customers to take advantage of our sales promotions and special offers.
Identifying and addressing gaps in our company’s marketing strategies.
Continuously assessing the performance of all marketing activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluating and refining our marketing efforts to optimize effectiveness.
Crafting engaging social media posts to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Employment requirements
A college diploma in marketing or a related field is request.
Working experience as a marketing specialist or similar role is required.
Experienced in computers, like Microsoft office and Canva, is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills.
