As part of our expansion plan, we are now looking for a versatile and innovative Marketing Specialist with strong time management and organizational skills to join us.
Job Duties:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to capture more market attention and improve competitiveness, including conducting various promotional events, making advertising plans, and formulating a digital marketing network through social media to increase product and brand awareness.
2. Review, analyze, and evaluate the performance of completed marketing campaigns and activities, and generate reports for the management team.
3. Advise on budget plans and monitor the use of funds for strategic marketing campaigns and events.
4. Design and conduct customer market research to identify the public's preferences and explore new dishes/meals.
5. Stay tuned for government policy and procedure changes, and adjust the promotion strategies in time to comply with related regulations.
6. Lead internal meetings to analyze and assess dishes/meals and their market performance and make pointed upgrades.
7. Prepare marketing materials and documentation, including product descriptions, promotional plans, and internal reports, to support cross-departmental communication.
8. Build and maintain positive relationships with media, and coordinate advertising collaborations, communications, and information-sharing activities.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with partners and distributors, gather feedback on products and services, and provide recommendations for improvement to relevant departments.
10. Develop and implement sales promotions for significant days, major holidays, or festivals.
11. Monitor competitors' activities and market dynamics, and write analysis reports for the reference of the management team to make correct decisions.

Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree is required.
2. Experience in the marketing field is considered an asset, and greater experience represents a stronger asset.
3. Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using marketing and digital analytics tools is an asset.
6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under pressure.
