Job duties:
• Conducting in-depth market research to understand the purchasing habits, preferences, and trends of wholesale and retail customers related to custom plastic, wood, and metal fabrication, in order to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Analyzing regional trends to assess market development potential, support expansion into new markets, and creating a new niche market.
• Studying competitor products and marketing strategies to evaluate positioning and help optimize our competitive edge in the custom manufacturing space.
• Evaluating customer inquiries and marketing campaigns to provide internal teams with insights on improvement and customer acquisition metrics.
• Developing marketing strategies, establishing marketing activities, seasonal promotions, and events to enhance brand awareness.
• Creating marketing materials aligned with company’s objectives for our website.
• Assessing the effectiveness of current promotional and marketing activities on different platforms and social media, using customer feedback and conversion data to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and applying e-commerce and digital sales strategies that align with the company’s capabilities and target markets.
• Preparing marketing reports, forecasting trends, segmenting customer profiles, and provide suggestions to the management team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketing specialist, market researcher, marketing analyst or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns with measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with market research tools, databases, and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
