Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202) Job

Position overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team to help us in our overall marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop marketing and advertising content in accordance with the company’s current sales objectives to increase Oakel City’ brand awareness in order to achieve our sales target;
• Manage and update the company social media accounts;
• Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or social media;
• Update the company’s website and new floor products advertisement accordingly;
• Collect and research domestic and international market information regarding the floor industry such as product pricing, customer buying behavior, and market positioning etc.;
• Prepare promotional materials for a variety of products;
• Evaluate the company’s products and product features to inform advertising or promotional strategies as well as other related suggestions;
• Develop and organize workshops or special events to promote the company’s brand and new floor products to dealers and customers;
• Organize and execute online marketing campaigns by using various channels such as the company website, social media accounts, email marketing, online advertising etc.

• A bachelor degree or College diploma preferred in business, marketing, public relations, or related area
• At least one year of work experience in related position
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a brand voice
• Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
