We offer a full suite of advanced skincare, laser, body contouring, and wellness treatments, with a reputation for combining artistic aesthetics and medical rigour. The Marketing Specialist will be integral in promoting our brand, services, and patient experience to both local and international clientele.

Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and measure marketing and communications initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and patient retention. This role must stay grounded in the aesthetic / cosmetic / medical wellness space, and the successful candidate should have domain knowledge or experience in beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, medical spa, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate our suite of services (e.g. lasers, injectables, skin treatments) from a marketing perspective — assess target segments, competitive positioning, pricing, differentiators
• Advise leadership on promotional, advertising, and branding strategies specific to the aesthetic / medical cosmetics market
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, local outreach) to generate patient inquiries and bookings
• Create, edit, and publish marketing collateral: brochures, website content, blog posts, email newsletters, video scripts, landing pages
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Douyin/Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.), including content calendar, post creation, community engagement, review response, influencer collaborations
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g. click-through rates, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI) and produce post-campaign analysis reports
• Oversee SEO/SEM efforts (keyword research, on-page SEO, Google Ads, display, retargeting)
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies to maintain brand identity
• Plan and manage events, workshops, in-clinic promotions, open houses, webinars etc. to raise awareness
• Support public relations efforts: liaise with media, pitch stories, draft press releases, maintain PR contacts
• Maintain relationships with review platforms, patient testimonial programs, partnerships, and referral networks
• Assist with market research: competitor monitoring, trend analysis, surveys / feedback
• Prepare quarterly marketing plans, projections, budgets and ensure tracking of actual vs plan
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2 years (or more) of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in the beauty / aesthetics / medical wellness / cosmetic sector
• Strong digital marketing skills: social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content development
• Experience managing analytics, interpreting performance metrics, optimizing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with aesthetic / cosmetic / skincare terminology, treatments, patient journey, regulatory environment
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Asset Qualifications (not required but beneficial):
• Experience in influencer marketing, KOL / celebrity endorsement programs
• Knowledge of compliance / health regulation (e.g. advertising regulations for medical / cosmetic services)
