Job Responsibilities:
ƒ8¡5Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
ƒ8¡5Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
ƒ8¡5Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
ƒ8¡5Create engaging marketing content for various platforms, including property listings, websites, newsletters, and social media.
ƒ8¡5Organize marketing events, open houses, and networking opportunities to promote company services and client engagement.
ƒ8¡5Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
ƒ8¡5A university degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
ƒ8¡5Minimum 7 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
ƒ8¡5Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and real estate marketing practices.
ƒ8¡5Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
ƒ8¡5Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
ƒ8¡5Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
