Job Description:
Marketing Specialist needed to perform the following duties :
• Market and Trend Analytics: Build and maintain quantitative market models to size TAM/SAM/SOM, segment consumers, analyze price elasticity, and quantify competitor share using syndicated and internal sales data.
• Conduct time-series analyses of flavor, health, and packaging trends using POS data, search and social signals, and category indices to inform strategic recommendations.
• Customer Insights Analytics: Design statistically valid surveys and experiments (including conjoint/MaxDiff and A/B tests), analyze focus group and panel data, and translate findings into product positioning and messaging hypotheses.
• Brand and Campaign Performance Measurement: Develop and track brand health and funnel metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate campaign effectiveness through attribution models, marketing mix modeling, and ROI analyses.
• Present findings and data-backed recommendations to management.
• Social, Content, and Sentiment Analytics: Lead social listening and content analytics, measure engagement and sentiment, and provide data-driven content calendars and briefs grounded in predictive signals.
• Revenue, Sales, and Forecasting Analytics: Provide the sales team with pricing, promotion, and assortment analyses; build pre- and post-launch forecasts for new SKUs; evaluate test-market results; and recommend price-pack architecture and promotional cadence.
• Data Vendor, Packaging, and R&D Collaboration: Manage relationships with data and analytics partners, define data requirements, ensure data quality, and align reporting standards.
• Run packaging design and claims testing; analyze sensory and consumer acceptance data to inform R&D and identify statistically significant opportunities for line extensions.
• Operations and Demand Planning Analytics: Translate demand forecasts into S&OP inputs, monitor forecast accuracy and service-level KPIs, and recommend adjustments to production and inventory plans.
Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing Analytics or Economics or Marketing
