4.Analyze and report on campaign performance, focusing on sales growth and customer feedback.
5.Manage social media accounts, including engaging with customers through reviews, testimonials, and promotions.
6.Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand awareness in the local community.
7.Conduct surveys to identify customer preferences and interests in ice cream and desserts.
8.Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, in-store displays, and social media content.
9.Arrange media coverage for special promotions or events and respond to inquiries.
10.Assist in creating brochures, newsletters, and digital content that highlight products and promotions.
