Marketing Specialist Job

• Research, develop, and report on trends in the restaurant industry, including consumer preferences, dining habits, and emerging food trends.
• Analyze competitor restaurants, gathering data on their menu offerings, pricing, promotions, customer reviews, and marketing strategies.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Conduct research on customer dining preferences and feedback, collaborating with restaurant management, chefs, and other professionals to refine marketing approaches.
• Gather insights to help the restaurant determine its competitive position in the local or regional dining market.
• Measure and assess customer satisfaction and feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, ensuring continuous improvement in service and offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related.
