Responsibilities :
 Assess the features of vehicles and related dealership services to determine appropriate
marketing and advertising approaches.
 Develop and recommend effective marketing, sales promotion, and advertising strategies to
attract potential buyers and retain existing customers.
 Plan, create, and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
 Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including sales
leads, campaign reach, and customer engagement.
 Manage dealership social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to
customer inquiries, and addressing reviews and testimonials.
 Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the dealership’s reputation and
promote new vehicle launches, promotions, or special events.
 Conduct market research, including customer preference surveys, to better understand local
demand and improve dealership offerings.
 Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, vehicle information sheets,
press releases, and digital advertisements.
 Organize and coordinate dealership events such as vehicle launch showcases, sales
events, test drive campaigns, and community engagement programs.
 Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and
sales targets.
 Oversee content updates for the dealership’s website and ensure accurate representation of
inventory, services, and promotions.
 Assist in developing strategic partnerships with financing companies, insurance providers,
and automotive service vendors to support dealership growth.
