Marketing Specialist Job

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost enrolments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, social media management, and customer engagement.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote JMS Driving School’s services.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and online ads.
Optimize the company’s website for SEO and improve online visibility.
Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign success.
Collaborate with local businesses, schools, and community organizations for partnership opportunities.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing students.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
College or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
