Marketing Specialist Job

Collect and analyze data on guest demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting room and amenity demand; Measure and assess guest and employee satisfaction; Measure the effectiveness of hotel marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies; Forecast and track hospitality marketing and booking trends, analyzing collected data; Gather data on competing properties and analyze their prices, occupancy sales, and method of marketing and distribution; Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of hotel packages and services.

Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or closely related field.
