Marketing Specialist Job

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, seasonal aesthetic preferences, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand for premium service lines; Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in beauty trade literature regarding cosmetic safety standards and eco-friendly product developments; Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the pricing of service menus,promotion of premium polish collections, and design of digital portfolios; Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs, using targeted hyper-local campaigns to address booking deficits and optimize service capacity; Gather data on local competitors and analyze their prices, promotional cadences, and methods of marketing and service menu distribution against company objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or closely related field.
