Marketing Specialist Job

Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Create marketing content across channels (brochures, web pages, emails, social) and ensure brand consistency.
- Plan, launch and optimize digital and offline campaigns, and track campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and produce regular marketing and performance reports for senior management.
- Develop marketing strategies and implementation plans and manage the marketing budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, schools, partners.
- Coordinate with admissions to track leads in the CRM.
- Supervise staff and monitor sales performance, feeding insights back into marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
