Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead initiatives that promote our brand, engage clients, and enhance our visibility across Canada and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement seasonal marketing campaigns tailored to diverse communities, including international students and new immigrants.

Create engaging bilingual (English/Chinese) marketing content for digital platforms, print media, and social campaigns.

Organize and represent the company in webinars, workshops, education fairs, and community events.

Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to suggest ongoing improvements.

Support internal communication efforts and contribute to maintaining a strong, professional brand image.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage (CAD $22)

Bi-weekly pay schedule

2 weeks paid vacation annually
