MARKETING SPECIALIST Job

• Measure and assess guest and employee satisfaction to enhance overall service quality.
• Gather and provide insights to help the inn and restaurant understand their position in the local hospitality and dining market.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing data related to room bookings, restaurant traffic, and seasonal
demand.
• Collect and analyze data on guest demographics, preferences, needs, dining habits, and stay patterns to identify target markets
and improve promotional strategies.
• Develop and implement procedures for identifying and addressing advertising and promotional needs specific to hospitality and
food service.
• Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in hospitality and restaurant trade publications to stay competitive.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related is required.
