| | Oversee the end-to-end management and optimization of the business' marketing processes. Oversee the execution of marketing strategies by managing data analysis, analytics, implementing marketing technology solutions, best practices, and business processes to support and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy.
Responsible for researching marketing and business processes to enhance business performance and optimize workflows, working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management to understand and determine objectives and goals and deliver results. Incumbent should excel at thinking creatively and strategically, have a strong understanding of marketing principles, a strong web understanding of web and is comfortable with interpreting research data for use in shaping a marketing campaign.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools, CRM system enhancements, and other marketing technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Lead marketing projects from initiation to completion, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Oversee the web strategy for the Diagnostics business and direct the digital department leads on implementation of the business strategy
- Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to business teams
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations
- Maintains marketing tools by coordinating requirements with telecommunications and information services departments, examining state-of-the-art technology, recommending upgrades, and controlling installations
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services
- Work with vendors to deliver physical manufacture and delivery of marketing materials and assets to clients and the public

| QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSEducation:
- BS in Marketing, or related area or equivalent work experience
Years of Experience:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing or related product support position
Required:
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing operations and communications planning and principles
- Understanding of various marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation production and editing
- Basic understanding of programming languages and data manipulation techniques may be beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to openly communicate in a way that promotes understanding in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with demonstrable experience in consistently delivering high quality results
- Ability to develop product line expertise
Preferred:
- Solid understanding of Snap-on’s strategy channels to include sales, brands, and communication systems and tools
- Knowledge and understanding of the global markets in which we participate
- Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with global resources
