We are now recruiting a Marketing Manager to join the team. This role oversees brand positioning, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives to increase sales and market share across all distribution channels.

Job Duties: 
1.Plan and manage advertising, promotional, and branding campaigns across digital platforms, social media, in-store marketing, and local community outreach.
2.Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, sales data, and competitor activities to guide pricing strategies, menu promotions, and brand positioning.
3.Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media content planning, online advertising, website updates, and coordination with third-party food delivery platforms.
4.Design and execute promotional programs such as limited-time offers, seasonal menu launches, loyalty programs, and store-level marketing initiatives.
5.Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, monitor marketing expenditures, and evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
6.Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, food industry regulations, advertising standards, and brand guidelines.
7.Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with store operations, staffing capacity, and customer service standards.
8.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales impact, and customer engagement metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

1.At least a college diploma in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
2.3+ years of work experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
3.Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
4.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and promotional analytics.
5.Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
