Job Responsibilities:
• Establish distribution networks for school programs, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in student enrollment, and direct and evaluate establishments' marketing strategies.
• Forecast, prepare, and track budgets for marketing and communications.
• Organize and host open houses, information nights, and private tours.
• Actively engage with prospective families through events, open houses, and school tours.
• Develop partnerships with feeder schools, agents, and other influencers to promote the school’s brand and programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop promotional materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials.
• Use social media, email campaigns, and other tools to generate interest.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets by executing effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment trends.
• Generate a marketing development report and summarize student enrollment data in a timely manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
